The Solution to Protecting Your Home From Power Surges
The Secure HomeSM Program is an exclusive new service providing comprehensive surge protection for your home. This program does what simple power strips and individual surge suppressors don't. It protects all connected equipment in your home — not just from power surges carried over power lines, but phone lines, cable and satellite dish connections too.
Our power quality specialists conducted a rigorous product search and assembled a variety of protection packages that include top-of-the-line equipment typically not available in retail stores. We have a package to fit your needs. You may also purchase these protection devices individually.
Each package contains a whole home surge suppressor that prevents catastrophic surges from entering your home through the electrical service entrance. This device is installed at the electric meter or electric service panel (and must be installed by a co-op representative). The whole home surge suppressor remains the property of the cooperative and is available for a monthly service fee.
