E-billing enables you to view your bill and pay your electric account online.
The site is easy to navigate and secure.

What information will I need to sign up for e-billing?
You will be asked for your account number, last name or business name, email address, create your own password and then confirm. Please note that once you are signed up your account number will not be required to access E-billing.
How can I pay online?
You can choose to pay by credit card - MasterCard, Discover, VISA, or by electronic check.
Is there a charge for e-billing?
There is no charge for e-billing.
Mail your payment in the envelope provided. DO NOT MAIL CASH.
Automatic Payment Plan
Simplify your electric bill payment process by enrolling into our Automatic Bill Pay Plan. No more checks to write or worries about lost, stolen, or delayed mail.
Benefits of enrolling into our Automatic Bill Pay Plan are:
a. Your electric bill deducts from your checking, savings, or credit card (MC/VISA) automatically. Payments will be deducted on the 20th of the month, which is the due date. If this date falls on a weekend or holiday, the deduction will take place the following business day.
b. You will continue to receive your monthly electric bill(s). Your bank or credit card statement will also reflect your payment.
Our Automatic Bill PayPlan form is available in PDF format. Print off the form, complete, sign, and send into the office. Please note that this file may require additional download time.
Phone Payment
Payment is accepted over the phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Both credit/debit cards and check payments are accepted when paying via phone.
Payment Drop off
Payment may be dropped off at 3935 Highway 14 East, Rochester, Minnesota. Office hours are: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. or dropped in our day/night depository located on the front of our office building. The drop off is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. PLEASE DO NOT PLACE CASH IN DAY/NIGHT DEPOSITORY.
