People's Cooperative Services (PCS) provides electric service to over 17,000 homes and businesses in six area counties: Dodge, Fillmore, Mower, Olmsted, Wabasha, and Winona.
People's Cooperative Services distributes its electric energy from 24 substations through over 2,800 miles of overhead and underground distribution lines, and 119 miles of transmission lines.
