About PCS
Founded in 1936, People's Cooperative Services is the member owned electric power utility serving all of the rural areas surrounding Rochester, Minnesota. People's Cooperative Services has approximately 17,000 members in Olmsted, Dodge, Fillmore, Mower, Wabasha and Winona Counties and provides power to a number of municipalities throughout that area. The cooperative is governed by a seven member board of directors elected by its members, the people the cooperative serves.
